Technical Competence； Minimum 3 plus years of appropriate technical experience and demonstrated competence in a Manufacturing environment. Ability and desire to remain knowledgeable and current in manufacturing, materials, and finishes.； Ability to develop and apply advanced engineering theories, methods, and research techniques in the investigation and solution of complex technical problems.； Working knowledge of modern manufacturing and design tools, for example: Process Capability Studies, Six Sigma Practices, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, and Quality Functional Deployment； Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Preferred Qualifications； 2 years of SolidWorks or Pro/ENGINEER™； and Auto CAD experience,； Familiarity with geometric tolerancing and dimensioning per ANSI 14.5M-1982 ； Provide detailed examples of prior designs and work experience ； Experience with Plastic molding, Die-casting, Sheet Metal； Prior experience managing projects, creating and following project plans is a plus； MS Project experience is a plusCommunication Skills•； Excellent verbal and writing skills. Candidate must be able to professionally present technical presentations internally and externally.•； Ability to clearly communicate and document project status and action items to management. •； Fluency in English is a plus.
