Facilitate workflow process and ensure full synergy with Agencysearch and planning teams From time to time work on projects outside day to day client Keep good relationships with internal External clients New performance media opportunities with existing clients. Training supervise junior search people Get Baidu Intermediacertificate and help junior search to PassBaidu Primary Exam 任职要求： What you will need: 35 years search experience in SEM using Baidu Google 360 andSogou. Understands business including sales ROI Cost perAcquisition with at least 2 years of past experience Excellent track record in dealing with clients and multipleinternal stakeholders Proven track record of managing large search campaigns Managing mentoring coaching staff Client presentation skills Outstanding written and oral communications skills Expert in responding to statistical data Ability to provide insight into campaigns and processes of thebusiness
