职位描述:Overview of job We are looking for a senior data analyst join insight analytics function within the Programmatic Buying Unit (PBU) in GroupM. You will play a key role in insight team and work closely with other PBU functions as well as agencies clients publisher vendors to ensure we deliver databased insights and recommendations to our clients. Reporting of the role: This role reports to the Manager Insight Analytics. 3 best things about the job: 1.You would have the opportunity to be one of the pioneer in an emerging industry which may change the entire digital ecosystem in China market. 2.You would be highly evolved into various programmatic campaigns that are unavailable in anywhere else. You would be exposed to clients within different industries and all kinds of programmatic campaigns. (OTV RTB PDB PMP Native etc.). 3.You could work with the biggest media agency in the world as well as the most experienced programmatic experts in the industry. Measures of success In three months: Understand China digital industry and trends Understand basic knowledge of digital media and programmatic buying process Familiar with common digital measurement metrics and all media concepts tools and methodologies used in GroupM In six months: Running regular report independently includes daily communication with crossfunction teams and mediavendor. Optimize reporting process (e.g. automation) and provide inputs to optimize campaign performance In 12 months: Indepth knowledge towards programmatic buying business and digital measurement framework Drive more report automation and continuously improve the reporting process. Assist line manager to develop postcampaign analysis report. Responsibilities of the role: Work closely with account and operation team to provide campaign reports with optimization recommendations and suggestions Work with publisher vendors 3rd party trackingdata companies and other stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and completeness and for troubleshooting and data support Develop postcampaign reports and deliver to agency and clients Act as an expert in campaign measurement and share crossclient learnings with wider groups What you will need: At least 1 years working experience in media and digital. Workable in Excel and PPT skills. Good at numbers and attention to details; Able to learn things fast. Previous experience working with agency and media is preferred. Good time management skills and can handle multiple tasks.
