接听并转接电话 -接待访客 -安排会议室及会议设备 -协助员工预订机票、酒店 -协助员工印制名片 -预定、保管公司文具、日常用品、印刷品,并维护库存记录 -维护办公设备,协助简单的故障排除 -每月更新Admin事务统计表格 -签收并登记物业发票、付款通知书等文件,转交Admin同事 -核对文具、名片、机票、酒店、饮用水、快递等帐单 -其他相关工作 岗位要求: -大专以上学历 -有外企工作经验应届毕业生优先考虑, -英文良好,能进行日常英文对话 -形象好,气质佳,普通话标准,热情礼貌,认真负责 -投递简历时请附个人近照 Division:Admin Location:SH Position Summary: Be responsible for all the reception daily work incl. the calls management visitor management and meeting room management. Main Responsibility: -Answering phone call and transferring with a professional manner - Receive visitors and inform host employees when visitor arrives water or coffee service if needed - Conference room booking and coordination of different departments - Update employee contact list and other frequent used telephone list - Keep reception desk area clean and tidy. - Support other temp. work Requirements: 1. Good command of computer skills and familiar with Office software 2. Good command of English (spoken and written) and Mandarin 3. Professional secretarial skills and communication skills 4. Hardworking and service oriented cheerful personality (warm patient positive etc.) 5. Good communication and interpersonal skills 6. Willing to learn and commit to excellence 7. Good team player 8.
